This home is a ground level 3 bedroom, 3 bath half-duplex. The master bedroom has a king size bed. One guest room also has a king bed and the other has a queen bed. Each of the guest bedrooms has TVs. There is a 55-inch flat screen TV with a sound bar in the living room. There is a take with a 32 inch TV in the backyard. Keep your boat out the back door on the new Trex dock that offers a total of 30' feet of dockage, water, electric, and a fish cleaning table. ***Owner keeps his boat on a trailer in front of the house.*** New updates post-Irma! | | The city of Key Colony Beach has so many things to do and you can walk to it all! The Cabana Club is located on East Ocean Drive. Relax on the beach or swim some laps in the Olympic size pool. Play tennis and golf on 8th Street. Take the kids to the playground on 7th Street. Watch the sunset from Sunset Park on 12th Street. Charter a boat to go deep sea fishing. Rent a kayak and paddle the day away or take a snorkel or dive trip to see Sombrero Reef. Eat, drink, and be merry! There are 2 restaurants in KCB, the Key Colony Inn, and Havana Jacks. Enjoy an Espresso Martini at the Inn or dining on the ocean at Havana Jacks. Rent some bikes and cruise through the island. Or just do nothing and relax!

  This was the best time we have had in the keys. We have been coming to the Keys for 10 years & this was the best. Having the boat right behind the house was great & we felt very secure to leave things on the boat. When getting back from fishing & being able to clean the fish then grill then right there was the best. There are great places to go out to & have fun. The cabana club is great.

  We had a great time on our Thanksgiving vacation in Key Colony Beach. The property was excellent and met all our needs. The outside area was a great place to end the day with a beverage and great discussions. The property had easy access to the Vaca Cut for fishing fun or a sunset cruise. Looking forward to scheduling again for next year.

  We enjoyed the house, the 3 bedroom ~ 3 bathroom layout was perfect for us. Great access to the canal, plenty of furniture and congregating places front and back, plenty of space outside for paddle boards or other equipment, access to the cabana club, sunset beach, pickleball courts. Comfy beds, plenty of kitchen equipment and towels.

  The place was very cozy and spacious. Everything needed to enjoy my stay was available. The outside dock was great and plenty of space and options. My only issue was the BBQ grill was dirty and the grease caught fire during my stay. I couldn’t use it. Also; the owner has his boat on the premises and the rental ad doesn’t tell you that you can’t have two boat trailers parked on the property. Be ready to pay an additional fee for the storage at the city lot. I definitely enjoy my stay and looking forward to go again.

  I booked online never seeing the place - it was wonderful - every amenity you could need for a true vacation in Paradise - plus the fun of a tiki hut by the beautiful palm trees and canal! Unfortunately, we were never given the opportunity to rent next year as our realtor (ha-ha) rented it out from under us as she was too busy to call. Sad!
