  The home is in a great location. The interior is very modern. The property description is accurate on the website with the exception of the living room furniture . The canal side patio is very under appointed. There are two lounge chairs and a table, but nothing else.

  I would have been nice to have hand soap and dish soap in the bathrooms and kitchen upon arrival. Other rentals I have stayed at had such items. Some times the small things go a long way.

  Just got back from a week vacation, loved the location, the beach and cabana club were a big hit. We also loved the set up for fishing right outside the back of the house. The house had everything you needed and would stay there again, My only complaint would be the house wasn’t very clean when we arrived. We had to hunt for pillow cases for the pillow's which we found a full load in the dryer of sheets and pillow cases. The house was picked up but poorly cleaned. Not the owners fault, would recommend staying here.

  The house is great. Plenty of towels and sheets. We would love a couple of recliners in the living room snd a box spring under the mattress. It’s hard getting up off the mattress so low on the floor.

  This renal unit was clean. The kitchen supplies met our needs when we cooked in. We had bikes and a kayak delivered to the unit. We enjoyed walking on the island and taking advantage of the Cabana Club. We especially enjoyed reading and relaxing on the unit's patio by the canal.

  Spacious with all the amenities needed to have a great vacation in The Keys. Beautiful and inviting! Great to be able to cook your meals with plenty of needed kitchen gadget and cooking supplies..... coffee maker, toaster, fry Daddy etc. Entertainment center Google friendly with many viewing options Blu-ray movies to many streaming options. Laundry amenities allowed for less packing. The Cabana Club was nice put would have preferred longer later swimming for adults only for evening swimming or a private pool. Overall great place to stay!!

  Duplex was open, spacious and bright. A short walk to the end of the street to enjoy Cabana Club pool, food and private beach. Furniture could use updating since one of the sleeper sofas sags in the middle. Fry pans are in desperate need of replacement. Kitchen has been nicely updated. All in all a nice duplex for what we paid.

  It would be nice to install a box spring under the master bedroom mattress. It feels like sleeping on floor and hard to get up.

  Liked the layout of the house. Wish it wasn’t upstairs, bothered my knees too much. There were no instructions on how to use the smart TV in living room. The couches need to be replace. When you sit the cushions sink into the bed frame. There was no water pressure at the kitchen sink-we checked valves to make sure not partially closed. Had plenty of pressure in bathrooms! Need towel hooks near shower & to let dry. The bathrooms need to be updated. Floors are spongy from flooding. Beds were comfortable. The master bed needs to be higher up. Felt like I was sleeping on floor. Hard to get out of.
