Beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms vacation home. Completely remodeled and is better than new; with new everything. Dramatically updated baths, kitchen, living area & bedrooms, all with wood floors throughout. This home has been painstakingly restored and updated to meet the living standards of the most discriminating. There are two master bedrooms. Each has a king bed.  The third bedroom has two bunk beds.  The back brick patio is ideal for enjoying the outdoors.  Cook your catch on the grill and dine outside! There is 37' of dockage for your boat behind the house with electric (110 amp), water, and a fish cleaning table.

  We stayed here for two weeks. The two master bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4 and my parents. Excellent location on the canal. Easy boat access to the Atlantic and Gulf. The home has all the necessities, including fish freezer and extra refrigerator.

  Our vacation in Key Colony Beach was a wonderful experience. We are definitely coming back next year. We found a 6 month rental in the area. We enjoyed all of the restaurants we went to with our family and friends. Some of our favorites were Island Fish Company, Sparky's Landing, Havana Jack's and Key Colony Inn. The Cabana Club was a great place to hang out with access to the beach and yummy drinks and snacks. We visited Cocoa Plum Beach,Sombrero Beach and went boating out to the sand bar several times. Also several fishing trips with a good catch. We walked and biked every day and played botchee ball and pickleball. We drove to Key West several times and enjoyed walking around and taking in all the busy bubbling chaos, people, shops, restaurants, bars and marina. Quite the experience, but glad we did it! We are so excited to come back to KCB next year!

  I've stayed at this property twice in 2022 and it has been perfect both times. Spotless, beautifully renovated, cozy, the kitchen is stocked with tons of cookware, utensils, storage containers, and everything you need if you want to cook at home. Every appliance is updated. Major bonus of this property is 2 primary suites with full bath, and the 3rd bedroom has a full bath as well. Tons of functionality is packed into this home. Can't wait to return!

  This unit is conveniently located on 8th street with tons of space. It was so nice to have 3 bds and 3 bths! The kitchen is well equipped and the living room has ample seating. Great vacation spot!

  Great house very well appointed. 2 masters and bunk room, everyone has room to spread out. Neighbors on both sides are super nice and helpful. Kitchen has tons of pot/pans, utensils, baking sheets, everything you need.
  Would suggest putting lights over the island as its difficult to see when cooking. Also we brought a small center console boat and dock needs maintenance as the 4x4s with rubber bumpers have rotted off. Low tide was problematic with height of my gunnels getting stuck under the edge. The neighbor had extra bumpers to help us rig something that would work. We notified Property Management and they indicated they would have it repaired. We definitely will stay at this house again as it was perfect for what we needed.

  Clemson spring break last minute fishing trip with my son, his cousin and my brother in law. Called Lynn and heard back immediately about the availability. Fortunately this house was open, only other option was Hampton Inn. Very clean comfortable house on canal. Kitchen very well stocked with all we needed, including ground salt and pepper, and parsley flakes for grilled snapper. Would definitely stay here again. Also Lynn was helpful in connecting me with her friend who dropped off rental kayaks for our use. Overall great experience!

  we really enjoy the house since we have stayed there for 3 years... the only thing is that we wish that we had first dibs on the house.for next year.when we went to reserve it, we were told it was already rented out... or they should at least give you a grace period before renting out from under you..
