Completely remodeled, well-equipped home on 11th Street, KCB. This 3BR/3BA, all ground level, half-duplex is beautifully landscaped and situated on a stepped down, 37.5’ seawall/dock. The owners have furnished it for your enjoyment with a private outdoor shower, screened back porch, gas firepit, fish table, bait freezer, bikes, gas grill, charcoal grill, WiFi and cable. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles and a boat trailer.

The city of Key Colony Beach has so many things to do and you can walk to it all! The Cabana Club is located on East Ocean Drive. Relax on the beach or swim some laps in the Olympic size pool. Play tennis and golf on 8th Street. Take the kids to the playground on 7th Street. Watch the sunset from Sunset Park on 12th Street. Charter a boat to go deep sea fishing. Rent a kayak and paddle the day away or take a snorkel or dive trip to see Sombrero Reef. Eat, drink, and be merry! There are 2 restaurants in KCB, the Key Colony Inn, and Havana Jacks. Enjoy an Espresso Martini at the Inn or dining on the ocean at Havana Jacks. Rent some bikes and cruise through the island. Or just do nothing and relax!

  Perfect house for 2 couples and 2 teens! Staying anywhere in Key Colony works best for us. Having our boat on the dock for quick and easy access is the only way to spend a week in the Keys!
  The 2nd bedroom with an en suite is a little small and we spent the week stepping over suitcases- but having 3 rooms is what we needed so it worked out fine.

  We have been coming to KCB for 13 years. This is probably one of our favorite rentals yet. The shower outside is so private and cool. The screened in porch is a nice place to sit and watch the boats float by. The home is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Next year we will make sure to bring our own beach towels since they aren’t provided.
  On the downside is there is no tv in the master bedroom. We’ve never stayed in a home without one. Also because we stay there for 2 months and don’t go out every night it would be nice to have a better cable package. We love March Madness and sometimes can’t watch it. And at times we just want to veg out at night and watch tv.
  It would also be nice to have one full length mirror in the house. When you get dressed, all you can see is from the waist up.
  But all in all we love “All Conched Out” and look forward to our stay next year.

  House is very nice and we appreciated the bait freezer and cleaning station. House is well appointed. However, the air conditioning went out after the 4th day of our 2 week stay and was still not repaired upon departure. In addition, we had problems in as much as the neighbor's boat (on a lift) extended into our dock area and made it difficult to park the boat. The day before leaving, I observed a large cockroach (not a palmetto bug) scurry under the wine cooler. Only TV in house was the one in the living room. Would have liked one in the bedrooms. However, overall, with the exception of not having AC, we enjoyed our time there.
