Spacious and open 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a private pool. This home as room for everyone! Relax and soak up the warm Florida sun while you lounge at our on-site pool. Just minutes away from many local attractions. Dock Space is not included with this unit.

The city of Key Colony Beach has so many things to do and you can walk to it all! Play tennis and golf on 8th Street. Take the kids to the playground on 7th Street. Watch the sunset from Sunset Park on 12th Street. Charter a boat to go deep sea fishing. Rent a kayak and paddle the day away or take a snorkel or dive trip to see Sombrero Reef. Eat, drink, and be merry! There are 2 restaurants in KCB, the Key Colony Inn, and Havana Jacks. Enjoy an Espresso Martini at the Inn or dining on the ocean at Havana Jacks. Rent some bikes and cruise through the island. Or just do nothing and relax!

Pool will be set to 86 during the winter months. If you would like it warmer, you will be charged $100.

  This house was amazing. It was better and bigger than expected, including the pool. We had plenty of privacy with the fenced in pool and it was perfect for our family. The house was equipped with everything we needed including plenty of pool towels. The bedrooms were bigger than expected with plenty of bathrooms. Location was great because it was within walking distance to other family members staying at Casa Clara. We would definitely recommend this house and rent again when in the area.

  Casey with KCB reality had great communication and was very accommodating to our stay!
  
  Pros:
  - Big house and very spacious
  - Pool is big and the water wasn't hot because it is shaded.
  - House came with Beach/Pool towels
  
  Cons:
  -The water heater is turned off for the summertime. We were unaware of this prior to our stay. The water was Lukewarm for the guys and Chilly for the women.
  - No TV in the main upstairs living area
  - The blinds are very transparent and don't block out any light.

  Things the homeowner should know~ the queen rooms upstairs have ceiling fans on the same frequency, so each room turns lights/fan on when not intended. The pool net has a large hole in it. The lights (especially diningroom) flicker when the water is running. Several burnt out can lights.
  Only 3 wine glasses-not 4. Guest commented that the curtains were tooooooooo thin.

  Wonderful vacation location and home for a family of 6, spacious with plenty of beds and restrooms! Pool was gorgeous, we spent most of time there. Our booking contact, Casey, was extremely helpful and easy to reach from day one. Walkable location to restaurants and Sunset Park. The bikes available at the house were an additional bonus!

  The house and community were great. My only complaint was the seating. The house is for up to 10 guests but there is no where everyone can sit and be together for a meal. Both the indoor and outside seating is for 6 people only. Other than that the house, pool, location was perfect. Will definitely remember them for our next trip.
