Unit 116a - 510 4th Street

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath half-duplex offers super quick access to the Atlantic Ocean for fishing, snorkeling, and other water activities on the waters of the beautiful Florida Keys. The home has comfortable, updated furnishings including a reclining sofa and two reclining chairs. The home is bright and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a screened porch with a table and chairs to enjoy a meal outside without the bugs biting! There is a 30 foot step-down dock for your boat, a fish cleaning table with water, and a bait freezer provided for your use. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. WIFI internet and Cabana Club membership. The house is located at the end of 4th Street so there is very little idle time to get out to the ocean. You can also fish right from the dock. There is plenty of parking for a trailer and 2 vehicles. **Pets are not allowed**

Key Colony Beach is located at MM 53.5 at the northern end of Marathon. The Islands of Marathon span about 15 miles in the Middle Keys, halfway between Key West and Key Largo. The historic Island of Pigeon Key is located at the north end of the 7-mile bridge with its 65-foot high span. The bridge offers easy access to the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean. The Island of Marathon is a bird watcher's paradise - spot roseate spoonbills, bald eagles, great blue herons, and much more native to the region. The Marathon Wild Bird Center is located at Crane Point Hammock, a hardwood hammock and natural history museum. Kayak and explore the miles of tunnels under the mangroves. Snorkel and dive beautiful natural reefs. We have both shallow and deeper reefs and wrecks for more advanced divers. Every type of saltwater angling is available here! See dolphin and sea turtles in the wild or stop by the Dolphin Research Center or Turtle Hospital for a tour. Or just relax on the beach and enjoy doing nothing!

  Everything at the house was great. Probably one of the cleanest ones I have stayed in over the years of renting from you guys. Our only complaint is that the mattresses were horrible! These definitely need to be changed out! Only reason a five star wasn’t given.

  My husband and I stayed here for a week. We had rented in KCB previously, but this was our first time working thru Key Colony Beach Realty. The process was smooth, the property was very clean and we loved the location. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything we needed (pots, pans, utensils, etc.). The rod holders were especially useful and I was grateful to have them stored there rather than leaning in a corner! The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable — another huge benefit. Overall, a wonderful vacation experience.

  We had a very enjoyable stay during our week of lobster fishing at KCB. This property has excellent dock and plenty of room to park a trailer. The AC blows cold and internet service is good. Has a deep freezer located outside for bait and a decent size fish cleaning station. House is clean and pretty well stocked. You might want to bring a good knife with you if you are into cooking for yourself. Powered reclining couch is a giant plus and we spent a few hours here after long days In the sun. Also has a screened in FL room, with a nice table.

  This was the second time we rented from Key Colony Beach Reality. Both times, the process was seamless and went smoothly. This is the only vacation we can take and it means the world to us to have a great experience in all aspects of our 28 day trip. It was a great two weeks and would love to stay longer. Maybe someday.
  
  Nice ground entry duplex which makes the stay more in-tune with the water. The house was clean and had brooms and floor swifter's to use to keep it that way during our stay. We did have use of the Cabana Club but did exercise that opportunity. We appreciated having that amenity available to us.
  
  We enjoyed our stay and plan on renting next year from the realter. Thank you for a great getaway.
