The process was smooth, the property was very clean and we loved the location. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything we needed (pots, pans, utensils, etc.). The rod holders were especially useful and I was grateful to have them stored there rather than leaning in a corner! The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable — another huge benefit. Overall, a wonderful vacation experience.

  We had a very enjoyable stay during our week of lobster fishing at KCB. This property has excellent dock and plenty of room to park a trailer. The AC blows cold and internet service is good. Has a deep freezer located outside for bait and a decent size fish cleaning station. House is clean and pretty well stocked. You might want to bring a good knife with you if you are into cooking for yourself. Powered reclining couch is a giant plus and we spent a few hours here after long days In the sun. Also has a screened in FL room, with a nice table.

  This was the second time we rented from Key Colony Beach Reality. Both times, the process was seamless and went smoothly. This is the only vacation we can take and it means the world to us to have a great experience in all aspects of our 28 day trip. It was a great two weeks and would love to stay longer. Maybe someday.
  
  Nice ground entry duplex which makes the stay more in-tune with the water. The house was clean and had brooms and floor swifter's to use to keep it that way during our stay. We did have use of the Cabana Club but did exercise that opportunity. We appreciated having that amenity available to us.
  
  We enjoyed our stay and plan on renting next year from the realter. Thank you for a great getaway.
