  The rental could use some attention by the owners particularly in the kitchen. Over time it appears tenants have added utensils pots and pans that needed to be sorted out and discarded The knives need to be sharpened or replaced. Over all the property is in pretty good shape. We liked the location in the Keys and the management was responsive to our needs
