Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the canal from this stilt half-duplex. The master bedroom features a king bed and a twin bed, while the guest bedroom has two double beds. The property offers 37 feet of dockage at the concrete seawall, complete with electricity, lights, water, and a fish cleaning table. Two bikes are available for your use during your stay. Small pets are allowed with an additional fee. The other half of this property (620 11th Street) is also available for rent.

  Yet another amazing trip to Key Colony Beach for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The area does not disappoint. Great fishing, views, sunsets, food and people. Our house was perfect. We would highly recommend this location are looking forward to coming back next year and hopefully staying for 2 weeks.

  The rental could use some attention by the owners particularly in the kitchen. Over time it appears tenants have added utensils pots and pans that needed to be sorted out and discarded The knives need to be sharpened or replaced. Over all the property is in pretty good shape. We liked the location in the Keys and the management was responsive to our needs
