Unit 14 - 630 11th Street

Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the canal of this stilt half-duplex. This unit has three tv's one in the living room (new flat screen!) and an additional in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king and a twin bed. The guest bedroom has two double beds. There is a total of 37 feet of dockage at the concrete seawall. The dock area offers electricity, lights, water, and a fish cleaning table. There are 2 bikes here for your use during your stay. DSL internet is also available.
**Will allow small pets. (Additional fee required)** The other half of this property is also available for rent.
The city of Key Colony Beach has so many things to do and you can walk to it all! The Cabana Club is located on East Ocean Drive. Relax on the beach or swim some laps in the Olympic size pool. Play tennis and golf on 8th Street. Take the kids to the playground on 7th Street. Watch the sunset from Sunset Park on 12th Street. Charter a boat to go deep sea fishing. Rent a kayak and paddle the day away or take a snorkel or dive trip to see Sombrero Reef. Eat, drink, and be merry! There are 2 restaurants in KCB, the Key Colony Inn, and Havana Jacks. Enjoy an Espresso Martini at the Inn or dining on the ocean at Havana Jacks. Rent some bikes and cruise through the island. Or just do nothing and relax!

  The rental could use some attention by the owners particularly in the kitchen. Over time it appears tenants have added utensils pots and pans that needed to be sorted out and discarded The knives need to be sharpened or replaced. Over all the property is in pretty good shape. We liked the location in the Keys and the management was responsive to our needs
