It is very convenient to access the gulf of America and the Atlantic. The property was cozy and well maintained. The pool and the dock was a must for us and they were exactly as described. We cooked out using the outside grill multiple times. It was exactly what we were looking for.

  The home was very clean and maintained well The pool was awesome! The tile floors throughout tended to be very slippery - it would be helpful to add some rugs or runners. The quality of the living room/dining room furniture was disappointing as it was old and not comfortable. However the beds were very comfortable. The unit was well stocked.

  This is the 4th year my husband and I have stayed at Flamingo Nook. The location is ideal. It is a lovely house. Just as pictured and described. The screened addition with a table for 6 is very comfortable; a great place to eat or play cards or games or just conversation. The yard is great! A nice pool to cool off and shade provided by the tiki. There are also bikes available for use as well as a putting green.

  Great spot for a boys week of fun and fishing. The stay was perfect even with a hurricane close by. Place was clean with plenty of amenities. Love how the tie ups to the pilings went up and down during tides to keep boat safe.

  The Flamingo Nook was perfect for our week stay. Wry clean and had everything we needed inside. The pool is perfect for hanging out in - land they have a chiller keeping temp at 89 degrees. The dock was great easy to tie off to the. Bait freezer is perfect. They do need to replace the putting green artificial grass. I would recommend and I will stay there again. The rental company is awesome, my wife left her bathing suit behind. When we got home she realized what she did , she called the rental company they found the bathing suit and mailed it back to us -

  Accommodations were great,the rental had everything we needed.We loved the pool and the dock/fish cleaning station was perfect The bait freezer was a big plus also!! i had an issue one morning the TV would not come on called down to the Property Manager he came right over and fixed it for me and management was very easy to work with before and during the stay.We ate a couple nights at Key Colony Restaurant which was convenient for us. I would highly recommend this property it was very comfortable and AC unit worked very well. We had a great vacation !!!

  This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. We love the location and the house. The house sits on a canal. There are two spacious bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom as well as a nicely equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. Outdoors, there is a pool, outdoor furniture and a screened area that is extremely comfortable. in addition to a putting green, bikes are also provided. My only complaint is that the bed pillows need to be replaced.

  I will admit that when we first checked in to this house I was a little disappointed. I didn't realize that we were getting a duplex. I thought we were getting a single family home. However, the neighbors on the other side of the duplex were very quiet. We rented a boat for a week and they didn't like that we parked it a little over the fence line. They don't own a boat so we thought that was a little picky but we just pulled it up a little. We were just trying to give the neighbor on the other side some room since he has a large boat & goes out fishing in the mornings a lot.
  We did clean the house when we got it. I think it needs a deep clean but it wasn't grimy dirty.
  The skimmer for the pool wasn't doing a good job when we got their so I called the office. They sent some guys to fix that for us. It does get cleaned once a week. Also the landscaping guys come every week to trim & check on the trees & bushes.
  The house really did work for us and we would love to go back & stay again.
  The fishing wasn't very good but we heard it hasn't been since the last hurricane.
  The bicycles at the house were good. It was nice to hide down to Sunset Park or the Cabana Club.
  ***Warning*** This area does not have any mailboxes to receive your mail. You will have to buy a PO box at the nearby post office. Good luck getting your packages from Amazon or anyone else. If the address is not correct at all they will immediately send it back to the sender. Trust me on this!!
  This is a fantastic area with a lot to do. They had everything that we needed there or close by.

  Super property, a buddy and I spent the week. Enjoyed the pool daily, and the view and vibe from pool area was just so relaxing. Love that it has two bedrooms each with their own full bath. Kitchen had everything we needed and good outside grill as well. Rented a boat from Capt. Pip's for three days and it was very easy to tie up at Flamingo Nook. Played cards on the screened in porch when it rained one day and there were a couple of leaks in the roof, just something the owners will want to address. Hope to return for sure!

  I love the Keys and this rental did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable house with 2 roomy bedrooms, 2 baths. The screened in porch is great as well as the backyard on the canal which boasts a pool, lounge chairs, adirondack chairs and a tiki umbrella. There is always a place to sit with some shade. In addition, there is a putting green, gas grill. There are even bicycles that guests can use. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will definitely stay here again.

  We absolutely loved our stay at 471 10th Street! The home was in great condition and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The property is centrally located in the Keys so you can easily get to Key Largo, Key West or other points of interest. In addition, KCB is a great community and watching the sunset every night at Sunset Park is a pure delight - better than advertised.
