This home is a spacious townhouse style duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd story. Plenty of room on the main floor with a dining area and 2 living room areas. There is also a half-bath on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and the other bedrooms have queen beds. There is a covered porch out back to enjoy a relaxing evening watching the sunset. A 100' wide canal is right behind the house and there is 37' of dockage for your boat. Very easy access to Vaca Cut to fish in the bay or the Atlantic! Cabana Club membership! **Offers a Military Discount for active duty**

  The rental was clean, well stocked and location is good! You can keep your boat behind the rental. We loved spending time with our children and grandchildren there. However the keys in general have significantly deteriorated. We have been going since the late 90’s. We took a several year break and did not go. The last few times we have been we noticed a lot of floating trash in the water, fishing not so great, very expensive and crowded. We probably won’t go back. Not because of the rental it was great!!! Just the whole vibe there now.

  Arrived at 4pm on Sat, june 15. House had just been finished being cleaned. 3 bedroom with 2 bath and master bath. Lovely home. Amenities include dishwasher, wifi, washer/dryer, dock space and Cabana Club usage. When we arrived the smoke alarm was beeping and saying low battery. we called and maintenance came out to fix but didn't have right batteries. he took the alarm off ceiling and said they'd come back Monday but never showed up all week even after we reminded them on Wednesday morning. The ceiling vents needed cleaning

  We had a great time, the house is a great place to stay. It has a great dock & fish cleaning spot.
  The house was set up very well. We are coming back in March ( It is hard to wait ) Everything was great with the rental. They may want to get rid of the dead tree in the pot out front. The grill is a little small but works great. If you want to have a GREAT time check out renting this house or anyone in Key Colony.

  This was our second year, renting the property, and as before we were totally satisfied with the house the location and amenities. It was a great time for the family. The only difference this year was when we arrived to the property after receiving our check-in code the cleaning crew was still in the house, so we drove around for another 30 minutes, and when we return, we found bed linens, still wet in the washing machine and dust piles swept up still in the middle of the floor but other than that the place was clean. The cleaning crew might’ve just felt intimidated knowing that we were there to check in and they were running a little bit behind. Overall experience was great. I would recommend this property to anybody.

  Nice clean home. I have been staying in KCB for 40 years on fishing and lobster trips, and have seen many rental units. Everything was ready when we arrived early and the realtor team was good with communication and new App they have makes it a lot easier to stay up to date on messages from them. We only stayed for a week but would stay again happy overall.

  Lovely well kept beach cottage on a beautiful canal. Short walk to the cabana club beach and pool. Loved to ride our bikes in the evenings to watch entertainment at Havana Jack's. Close to everything. Nice fenced yard with comfy lounge chairs. This place made you feel right at home.

  I have been coming to Key Colony Beach for more than 40 years, first as a kid w/my parents and now with my own wife and kids. The unit was great. Easy access and was very clean. It is well equipped, the refrigerator was cold and has great water pressure. This may seem trivial, but, it is something you don't always find in rentals. Kasey made it easy to rent and responded to my e-mails immediately. Only minor issue is the dryer does not dry efficiently. I would recommend renting this property without question.
