  We really enjoyed our stay at this rental house and would definitely rent it again! It is much bigger inside than the pictures in the brochure. We loved being towards the end of the canal because we could watch all of the boats coming and was fun to watch the pelicans waiting for a treat when the fishermen came back with their catch. Very close to Sunset beach and we spent a lot of time at the Cabana Club.
  The only negative was the big barge with a crane that arrived on Thursday to repair the dock for the house next door. It was parked in front of our rental and blocked our view of the canal. I understand there was no where else to park it, but the work wasn't going to be started until Monday of the next week
  Overall a very good vacation rental!!

  Was very nice. Very hard to find a handicapped accessible house, although this was not advertised that way we found it very accommodating for a wheelchair which was nice. fishing was great right outside the house and it was clean and nicely stocked. Everything was close by and easily accessible.

  Overall we had a very pleasant stay so minor issues with the AC on Sunday however they quickly sent out a repairman to get us cooled down again. Unit was very clean they were able to get us in early the first day which is a huge Plus also upon exit we were not done with the dishes management allowed us to leave the dishwasher running without completing the cycle we were very happy about that. We have stayed in Key Colony many times always in different units we were never disappointed with the management or the way it was handled. Great job

  We have stayed in this unit before (2012). We love the updated bathrooms and kitchen done by the new owner. We love Key Colony Realty and have rented only with them for years. Tyler was very fast in getting a replacement bait freezer. The only issue we had was the description said King Size Bed and it was true measurements of a Queen Size Bed. A great plus is if you need mobility assistance, it is one level, easy entry and grab bars in the Master Bathroom. It is a nice unit.

  We stay on Key colony every year and this place was great. Good location, lots of extras (kayak, fully stocked with paper towels, garbage bags, etc). Only complaint we have is there was hair in the shower when we arrived. The cleaning crew must have missed the back end of the shower in the master bed room. We threw it away and did not find any other issues during our stay.
