This quant duplex is the perfect space for a small group to gather and enjoy the tropics. Its 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The open floor plan has large sliding doors that lead to a covered patio, which is a perfect spot to sit and watch the boats go up and down the canal. A covered carport and brick paver driveway has plenty of space for parking. The "Cabana Club Membership" gives you access to a pool, beach, restaurant, and bar.

Key Colony Beach is located at MM 53.5 at the northern end of Marathon. The Islands of Marathon span about 15 miles in the Middle Keys, halfway between Key West and Key Largo. The historic Island of Pigeon Key is located at the north end of the 7-mile bridge with its 65-foot high span. The bridge offers easy access to the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean. | The Islands of Marathon are a bird watcher's paradise - spot roseate spoonbills, bald eagles, great blue herons, and much more native to the region. The Marathon Wild Bird Center is located at Crane Point Hammock, a hardwood hammock and natural history museum. | | Kayak and explore the miles of tunnels under the mangroves.   Overall we had a very pleasant stay so minor issues with the AC on Sunday however they quickly sent out a repairman to get us cooled down again. Unit was very clean they were able to get us in early the first day which is a huge Plus also upon exit we were not done with the dishes management allowed us to leave the dishwasher running without completing the cycle we were very happy about that. We have stayed in Key Colony many times always in different units we were never disappointed with the management or the way it was handled. Great job

  We have stayed in this unit before (2012). We love the updated bathrooms and kitchen done by the new owner. We love Key Colony Realty and have rented only with them for years. Tyler was very fast in getting a replacement bait freezer. The only issue we had was the description said King Size Bed and it was true measurements of a Queen Size Bed. A great plus is if you need mobility assistance, it is one level, easy entry and grab bars in the Master Bathroom. It is a nice unit.

  Adorable home near the end of the street/canal, perfect for a family of four. Very clean & recently renovated. Great dock for a boat & plenty of parking for cars & boat trailer.

  We stay on Key colony every year and this place was great. Good location, lots of extras (kayak, fully stocked with paper towels, garbage bags, etc). Only complaint we have is there was hair in the shower when we arrived. The cleaning crew must have missed the back end of the shower in the master bed room. We threw it away and did not find any other issues during our stay.

  Our stay exceeded our expectation. The house is a perfect size for 4 people. The patio is perfect for enjoying the boat traffic on the canal. All electronics worked good. neighbors where friendly.
