  We have really enjoyed staying in this rental for three months every year. We think of it as our “other” home. We look forward to returning next year. The sofa in the living room has seen better days; I would never allow anyone to open it up to use the convertible bed. That’s the only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars.

  Overall the house was good. Downstairs queen bed needs a new mattress or topper. It was very firm. Also new pillows. It was also in need of additional cooking utensils. Living/dining room furniture could be updated.

  We’ve been renting in KCB for 10 years; this is the nicest place we’ve ever rented and we’re so happy we are coming back. The furniture was comfortable if a little old and worn. The metal table in the backyard seemed almost dangerous it is so rusted. We had ants. I would recommend that the vanity in the main bath be caulked. Other than those minor issues, we loved the place. I have a question, do you have a smaller place for the week of the Christmas boat parade?

  We got married in Key Colony Beach and rented this house for family. It was cutely furnished, had plenty of kitchen items and the space was perfect. The ensuite upstairs was perfect for the couple who wanted to turn in early. Highly recommend staying here!!
