Park your boat in the 30’ dock with ocean access just around the corner. Take a short walk to the Cabana Club with pool and beach access down the street. The master bedroom has a king bed with a master bath that includes a separate shower and jetted bathtub, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. The guest rooms have a queen and two full beds, respectively. The house is well-equipped with three Smart TVs, WIFI, and cable. The outdoor area includes a fish cleaning station, bait freezer, BBQ, picnic table, and more. Walking distance from all that KCB has to offer - parks, restaurants, golf, etc. Key Colony Beach is located in the heart of the Florida Keys, close to Marathon airport. It is about 50 miles driving distance to Key West and about an hour and a half from Miami-Dade. It is the perfect vacation area and one of the best-kept secrets in the Florida Keys! You’ll have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful coral reefs nearby, excellent fishing, and diving locations.

  This vacation was my family's 4th stay in Key Colony and our second stay at this property. Last year we found this rental to be perfect for us. The house is a great size and located on the canal. The host is very accommodating and provides a clean, well-stocked vacation rental. The rental includes passes to the Cabana Beach Club, which you definitely want to take advantage of. We met so many great people there, including the workers that we met last year and had the pleasure of seeing again. As with any rental there is room for improvement, but I found this property perfect for our needs.

  This was our second time renting from Key Colony Beach Realty and the only place I will ever use. Both times I have stated what our trip was consisting of and they have picked a place to meet that every need. This unit accommodations was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We were on a canal that met our boat needs and kayaking. The golf course was just around the corner and is perfect Island golfing.The boutiques provide wonderful shopping and we were located perfectly between Key West and Islamorada everything you need for a perfect vacation.

  Perfect rental for a Key Colony vacation. Property was clean and well-maintained. Located within walking distance to the beach club and a short drive to many great restaurants and things to do.   We had a magical week in Key Colony Beach! Our rental exceeded our expectations! The duplex was even more lovely in person. It was so well appointed with comfy beds, lots of extra blankets and towels and cozy beach decor. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and the kitchen was easy to cook in. The porch and outdoor space on the canal was so relaxing and we enjoyed just sitting outside and listening to the wind rustling through the palm trees. Overall the unit was so well maintained it made for a fabulous stay. My only complaint was the tv situation. I would suggest to the owners to invest in basic cable as the Roku tv viewing was inconvenient and hard to navigate. We hope to stay in this unit again next year!!

  As a group we have been making the annual migration from various corners of the country to Marathon for the annual fishing trip. Consensus is, while the trip was just OK the place was top notch. Home was clean and the most outfitted (kitchen/laundry) we have seen. Bait freezer was cleaned/cold and ready.

  Wonderful vacation home. This house was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything was in working order and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had all the necessities. We were pleasantly surprised to find plush beach towels and a good supply of laundry and cleaning supplies. The only improvements I would suggest would be to add a fan to the screened in porch and replacing the shower pan/doors in the master bath. The screened porch is so nice but doesn't get much airflow just the way it is positioned. Will definitely rent this home again if we are in the area.

  We had an unbelievable two weeks at this house. Perfect location, super kid friendly, all the amenities you need and only a short drive to beaches, stores and restaurants. We can’t wait to get back there next year. A highlight of our trip was having a manatee come right up to our dock and the kids got to feed the manatee fresh water from the hose.
