Welcome to 430 9th Street, a wonderful 3-bedroom, 3-bath canal-front half-duplex. Your family and friends will love this unit, offering exclusive access to the Cabana Club with a heated/cooled pool, spa, private sandy beach, bar/lounge, and snack bar. With dockage just out the back door, you'll have access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic, perfect for aquatic adventures. Enjoy the backyard, where you can relax with coffee or cocktails as you watch boats cruise by. Just a 60-minute drive to Key West or Key Largo.
Pets are not allowed. Maximum capacity is 6. One bedroom has a King bed, and the other two have Queen beds. The kitchen is nicely equipped. There is 37' of dock space, a fish cleaning station, bait freezer, and a gas grill.

  What a great vacation! Stayed here with another family for a week and just loved the place. First time in YEARS (we’ve been coming to Key Colony for 20 years) it had incidentals (toilet paper, Dawn, Cascade). Loved the layout of the place, very comfortable and welcoming furniture. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen, with great appliances (I’m partial to LG anyway!).
  
  Only recommendations are dressers in the 2 bedrooms on the one side of the house and a heavier-duty water pump for the showers there, too. The shower in the master bath became the de-facto “grownup shower!” Also, maybe some family-friendly board games and puzzles for rainy days might be nice.
  
  All in all, a wonderful experience. We’ve already booked the place for 2 weeks next year!!!

  Great family vacation and enjoyable time at this property! We would definitely stay here again. The outdoor area was really beautiful. We loved using the cooking area and easy access on and off the boat. The house was newly updated and comfortable beds/couch!
